Day 11 - Under Kagbeni Rock and Stone Construction   Photo by Alistair Adams Kagbeni is a tightly constructed honeycomb of buildings. Because it has grown over a long period of time rather than being built all at once, what used to be pathways between separate buildings have, in some areas, become tunnels as the upper stories cover lower ones. In the winter these tunnels may be the only unimpeded routes through the village.
