Data Set Description: This layer locates hospitals sites in the City of Oakland.

Non-standard Attributes in table:

• U_ID--Provides user with a unique indentifier number for each point
• Genratr(Y/N)--Specifies whether the hospital has a backup power generator
• Helipad (Y/N)--Specifies whether the hospital has a helicopter landing pad.

Data Source History: Jake Schweitzer, In Situ Mapping contacted Cynthia Frankel-Cone at Alameda County Health Services and obtained a list of addresses and hospital facilities. He then geocoded the addresses and added non-standard attributes based on requests from OES.
